Topokki are stick shaped rice cakes cooked in a spicy sauce. Dongwon’s tteokbokki is
made with a secret topokki sauce that is both sweet and spicy resulting in a tasty
flavor combination. The rice cakes have a soft and chewy texture that carries the sauce well. Korean spicy rice cakes are a popular snack that is often enjoyed with cheese added to help cut the spiciness of the tteokbokki with a creamy flavor.
How to prepare
1. Put rice cake and soup base in the bowl.
2. Pour water into the water line inside the bowl.
3. Cook in the microwave for 2:30 min. (1000w) or 3 min. (700w) and mix well.
